Hi kevin...not a stupid question at all, I think it�s a good one. Let�s hope you get some good responses here. I do know that type A�s(which I am)are more prone to gallstones & liver problems which I sure had in the past. The liver is directly related to your digestion & ellimination. So I guess it only makes sense that your blood type could affect the colon cleanse. The colon cleanse is probably the single most important thing you can do for your health, no matter what blood type. As for your friends mom, she probably released a lot of toxins, this is normal. Right, my boyfriend is into the blood type diet. We are both Type A�s, and it does seem that we both do better when we eat the �Type A foods.� As for the concept of acidophilus getting through the stomach acid to the intestines, if it�s true that NONE of it survives the stomach, than what would be the point of taking kefir and lacto-fermented foods that are supposed to be so good for you? I took 1 capsule 2 nights in a row. It seemed to make my bowel spastic, I had diarhea 4 to 7 times during the day. I looked at the ingredients and noticed it had habanero pepper in it, so now I think it has to do with my blood type. I am blood type A and cannot handle hot peppers. About 40 per cent of the population in USA are type A is what I�ve read. So is there any product that uses ginger in it rather than cayenne and hot peppers that act as an irritant to me? I am also new to this idea and have found the book based on a friend�s recommendation. I am type A positive but am confused. It talks of my sensitive immune system, troubles with digestion, etc. I�ve never even had a common cold. I can be with any sick people and never get sick. (Okay, do admit to high cholesterol). very interesting about the macro. we have a veg. restaurant that is just up the street specializing in macrobiotic foods, but it�s a gas fest for me when I eat that stuff - the rice, beans and cabbage/broccoli, etc. Soy is the worst, in any form, even miso. I think the rush the cooking on the rice and beans, but even when I do that properly at home, pretty much the same scenario. have you done any liver flushing? Could be a congested liver/gallbladder. I have had similar feeling from some fats and oils at times. I just completed my 10th liver flush a few days ago, even though I was not feeling really symptomatic other than a little irritable (sometimes happens from liver congestion), and I still got stones out. Not a lot, but enough to make me glad I put myself through it again. The other thought is, what is your blood type? Wow! What a cool school you went to! :)I had to go two grades up for my reading class too. So I thought it�d be better just to BE in the grade, rather than just appear for the one part of the day and piss everyone off. They never got me extra fun stuff to do, even our �MGM� class for advanced kids usually had teachers who didn�t know what to do wtih us. Sigh. hiI started to get a little eczema after eating bread for a few month. Usually I don�t eat bread. Its part of a re-introduction experiment. I avoid tomato because it irritates my stomach - fresh, peeled plum, sun dried, well cooked, puree you name it. Interestingly my blood type is A. If you have something that works 100% of the time, I want some of it. Whenever I get advice from anyone in CureZone, I am going to ask questions. Someone said that apple cider vinegar was good for restoring damaged hair here in CureZone. My hair was dry and I thought I would look into it. Hello,I am a follower of the Blood Type Diet. I do not follow Peter D�adamo�s ER4YT but I follow his father, James D�adamo, who pioneered the blood type diet. His son (Peter) took it mainstream and it has lost it�s individuality.
